To use our Service, you must:

When you request to cancel a subscription through our Service:

• We submit cancellation requests on your behalf to the respective service providers

• You remain responsible for any charges incurred before cancellation is complete
• Some services may require additional steps (e.g., returning equipment) that you must complete independently

Important: While we make every effort to process cancellations promptly, we cannot guarantee immediate cancellation or refunds from third-party services. Cancellation timing and refund eligibility are subject to each service provider's terms and policies.

Free Trial: We offer a free trial period as specified during registration. You may cancel at any time during the trial without charge.

• Is non-refundable after the 14-day satisfaction guarantee period

• Will be renewed at the then-current standard rate unless you cancel before expiration

Subscription Fees: After any promotional period, you will be charged the applicable subscription fee on a recurring basis until you cancel. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as specified in our refund policy.

Canceling Click to Cancel: You may cancel your subscription to our Service at any time through your account settings or by contacting support. Upon cancellation:

• You retain access through the end of your current billing period
• No further charges will be made after the current period expires

Satisfaction Guarantee: If you're not satisfied within 14 days of your initial payment, contact us for a full refund. After 14 days, all payments are final and non-refundable, except where required by law.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes. This license does not include any right to:

• Resell or make commercial use of the Service
• Copy, reproduce, or create derivative works from the Service
• Download or store content except as necessary for personal use
• Use data mining, robots, or similar data gathering tools

Our Service may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by Click to Cancel. We have no control over and assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party services.

You acknowledge and agree that we shall not be liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused by or in connection with the use of any third-party services. We strongly advise you to read the terms and conditions and privacy policies of any third-party services you interact with.

Service "As Is": The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

No Guarantee: We do not warrant that:

• The Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free
• All subscriptions will be successfully identified or cancelled
• Third-party services will honor cancellation requests
• Results obtained from the Service will be accurate or reliable

Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by law, Click to Cancel shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from:

• Your access to or use of (or inability to access or use) the Service
• Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein
• Any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from the Service
• Any bugs, viruses, or other harmful code transmitted through the Service
• Any errors or omissions in any content or for any loss or damage incurred as a result of the use of any content posted, emailed, transmitted, or otherwise made available through the Service

In no event shall our total liability to you for all damages exceed the amount paid by you to Click to Cancel in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or one hundred dollars ($100), whichever is greater.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Click to Cancel and its officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, licensors, and suppliers from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to:

• Your violation of these Terms
• Your use of the Service
• Your violation of any rights of another party
• Your violation of any applicable laws or regulations

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and the State of [Your State], without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Informal Resolution: Before filing a claim, you agree to contact us at support@clicktocancel.app to attempt to resolve the dispute informally. We will attempt to resolve the dispute informally by contacting you via email within 30 days.

Arbitration: If we cannot resolve the dispute informally, any dispute arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the American Arbitration Association's rules, except as otherwise provided herein. Class Action Waiver: You agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted only on an individual basis and not in a class, consolidated, or representative action.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Service or contact support to request account deletion.

All provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including but not limited to ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time at our sole discretion. If we make material changes, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect by:

• Sending you an email notification
• Displaying an in-app notification

Your continued use of the Service after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the new Terms, you must stop using the Service.

Entire Agreement: These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Click to Cancel regarding the Service and supersede all prior agreements.

Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

Waiver: No waiver of any term of these Terms shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term or any other term.

Assignment: You may not assign or transfer these Terms or your rights hereunder without our prior written consent. We may assign these Terms without restriction.

Force Majeure: We shall not be liable for any failure to perform due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, terrorism, riots, embargoes, acts of civil or military authorities, fire, floods, accidents, network infrastructure failures, strikes, or shortages of transportation facilities, fuel, energy, labor, or materials.
